History

Ashfield Springs Ltd is a financially independent family owned business, which has maintained a high level of growth since our Managing Director Terry Smith and Gordon Chatterton-Greenwood founded the company in 1983.

• In 1988 Ashfield Springs commissioned the construction of a purpose built 300 square metre factory.
• In 1999 Ashfield Springs extended the facility to its current size of 1025 square metres.
• In 2003 Ashfield Springs achieved BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation.
• In 2006 Ashfield Springs increased the workforce to 22 employees and introduced a modern apprentice scheme.
• In 2010 Ashfield Springs Ltd install FactoryMaster.
• In 2011 Ashfield Springs commision three new CNC spring coilers.
