Die Springs to ISO 10243: Load Rates, Sizes and Custom Supply
Die springs are heavy-duty rectangular wire compression springs manufactured to international standards, including ISO 10243. They are designed for use in press tool and die applications where high load capacity, precise deflection characteristics and reliable fatigue life are essential. Die springs are typically colour-coded by load rate to simplify selection and ordering:
Yellow: extra heavy load
Red: heavy load
Blue: medium load
Green: light load
Light Green: extra light load
