Heavy Duty Springs for Industrial Lifting and Handling Equipment
Material handling and lifting applications frequently require springs capable of operating under heavy loads, extended duty cycles and variable environmental conditions. We manufacture heavy duty springs in a range of materials including chrome vanadium and chrome silicon alloy steels for high-fatigue applications, and stainless steel grades where corrosion resistance or fluid compatibility is required. Carbon steel springs are available with protective finishes including zinc plating, delta tone and delta seal.
We manufacture platform springs, lift springs, safety gate springs and industrial return springs to customer specification, matched to your load requirements, available envelope and operating cycle. Our technical team is available to advise on spring rate, material selection and finish for new designs or to replicate existing components where drawings are unavailable.
