We manufacture fluid power springs to customer drawing, sample or specification, from wire diameters of 0.1mm to 8.00mm. Our springs are produced in a range of materials selected to suit the operating pressures, fluid media and environmental conditions of your application:
Stainless steel (302, 304 and 316 grades) for corrosive media and washdown environments
Chrome vanadium and chrome silicon alloy steels for high-fatigue, high-load applications
Carbon steel with zinc plating, delta tone or delta seal for standard hydraulic service
Oil hardened spring steels for consistently stressed valve applications
All springs are available shot peened or vibratory deburred where fatigue life is a critical requirement. Our technical team can advise on material and finish selection if you do not yet have a formal specification.
